2. SMS Messaging Service & Terms of Use
TextTrack operates an automated, user-initiated SMS time-tracking service. By opting into our SMS service, you agree to the following terms:
- Program Description: Users send text commands (e.g., START, STOP, BREAK, SUMMARY) to track billable freelance project hours and receive transactional session confirmations and Sunday timesheet reports.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your tracking frequency and usage. System replies are dispatched in real-time response to your commands, plus one weekly Sunday timesheet summary.
- Pricing & Carrier Fees: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Check with your mobile provider for details regarding your text or data plan.
- Cancellation (Opt-Out): You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. Upon sending STOP, we will reply with an unsubscribe confirmation text and cease all further messages.
- Customer Support: For help, text HELP to our number at any time, or email our support desk at support@texttrack.me.
- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Service Subscription & Billing
TextTrack provides a 3-day initial sandbox trial. Continued access is billed as a recurring subscription at $10.00 USD per month. You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.

TextTrack makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding uptime, cellular carrier network availability, or suitability for accounting compliance. In no event shall TextTrack be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from lost billable hours or delayed SMS notifications.
